Project Issue

Purpose

A term for any matter which has to be brought to the attention of the project, and requires an answer. After receiving a unique reference number, Project Issues are evaluated in terms of impact on the product, effort and cost. The Project Manager may make a decision on what action to take, or the Project Issue may be referred to the Project Board. A Project Issue may be a:

·         Request For Change

·         Non-Compliance

·         Question

·         Statement of concern.
